Journeyman's Featherbone Bourbon

Journeyman’s Featherbone Bourbon gets its name from the historic corset and buggy whip factory the distillery occupies in Three Oaks, Michigan. It’s an odd pairing – a historic corset factory and a distillery – but in this case, it’s a perfect match. While their bourbon has a somewhat young taste to it, there’s a good bit of vanilla and sweetness that comes through from the corn in the mash. Complete with a touch of spice, it comes together smoothly in a way that makes us want more and more.
